Cancellation & Late Policies

Automated appointment reminders are sent via email and text message two days before your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to contact us for cancellations and rescheduling. 

Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Any appointments that are ‘no show’ will be subject to 100% of all the scheduled service(s). 

We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur and we do our best to accommodate these occasions. Please note that repeated late cancellations, even for valid reasons, will incur charges. 

Late arrivals will be charged for the full service.
