She loves the science of skin care (with advanced studies in cosmetic chemistry at UCLA), but also appreciates the art of crafting a decadent facial.

Michelle brings straight-up glam to Gloss; her experience hails from luxury spas, hip salons and star-studded movie sets. Her goal is to make your experience as luxurious and comfortable as possible, from the quickest wax to the most decadent facial. That extra something Michelle recommends for great skin? Laughing often.

With extensive product knowledge and unsurpassed technical expertise, Ana delivers a facial that defines “A game”. When she’s not at Gloss, she’s busy caring for a cult following of clients in San Francisco and riding her bike through Golden Gate Park.

Ruby is a rare gem whose healing hands touch both skin and soul. She's also a waxing ninja who turns awkward into comfortable, wild into tame. Ruby seeks beauty throughout her life, with a love of interior design, fashion and travel.
